To ensure that each player develops a passion for the game and with that the discipline and confidence to improve their skills and reach their own individual potential on and off the field. Additionally, through personal example, I would like to encourage players to demonstrate a positive attitude, self-confidence and good sportsmanship, as well as the understanding of how these charactereistics ultimately contribute to the team as a whole.
