Parents must be present to sign Tryout Medical Release form prior to practice or tryouts.
Tryout Medical Release form may be downloaded from the web site.
Shin guards are mandatory, Water & Soccer ball.
Under 10 for 2010/11 (born after 8-1-00)
Under 11 for 2009/10 (born after 8-1-99)
Under 12 for 2009/10 (born after 8-1-98)
